Kalyn is a community platform designed for swimming enthusiasts. The App provides the following features:

• Feed: Browse and share posts about swimming experiences, tips, and moments
• Spots: Discover and explore swimming locations on an interactive map
• Train: Access AI-powered coaching assistance for swimming techniques and training advice
• Meet: Create, discover, and participate in swimming events and meetups
• Community: Connect with other swimmers through messaging, comments, and interactions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, share, or upload to the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Kalyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content within the App.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property rights)
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contains personal information of others without consent

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive and safe community environment, users must:

• Respect other community members
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Follow swimming safety guidelines when organizing or participating in events
• Not use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. AI Coach Feature

The AI Coach feature provides general swimming advice and training suggestions. This information is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional coaching or medical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for personalized training programs or health concerns.

7. Swimming Safety

Swimming activities carry inherent risks. By using the App to discover locations or participate in events, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own safety
• You should assess swimming conditions and your abilities before entering any body of water
• Kalyn is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur
• You should follow local laws and regulations regarding swimming areas

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Kalyn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
